Founded in 2019, KOU Racing is Kocaeli University's only official Formula Student team in the electric vehicle category. With the support of the Rectorate and the Department of Automotive Engineering, our team aims to represent our country in the best possible way in Formula Student, one of the world's most prestigious engineering competitions.

Our team brings together students from various engineering and science disciplines who are passionately committed to innovation and technology. With the goal of competing in international Formula Student competitions, we aim to transform theoretical knowledge into real-world applications while continuously enhancing our engineering skills. Focusing on the design and production of electric vehicles, our team not only strives for success in competitions but also seeks to contribute to sustainable energy and the future of mobility.
